We will immediately take care of your request. To ensure that your defective device can be correctly assigned, it is important that you request a RMA number from our support team before returning it.
Below you can find an explanation of how you should proceed in the event of any damage to your device in order to arrange a quick repair. Please pay close attention to these instructions so that the reparation of your device is not delayed.
If you have not already done so, please first contact our service department by telephone (+49 351 / 82665 0) or e-mail.
A fault diagnosis / support is provided by one of our technicians via telephone. If necessary, you will receive an RMA number generated by Dresden Informatik.
Please fill out the RMA form carefully and send it together with the device to Dresden Informatik.
Please do not forget to enter the serial number of your device in the RMA form!
